Returns & Exchange

We only accept returns/exchanges/refund due to product defects in material or craftmanship .You are required to inform us through e-mail: info@woodify.com.hk OR whatsapp: +852 9459 0507 within 2 days after receiving the product if returns/refunds is needed. Explanation together with supporting photos for substantiation shall be provided.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue.
All return orders will not be accepted to the following conditions:
1. Color deviation between the screen display or sample and physical product(s)
2. Unsatisfactory of Natural wood grain or pattern
3. All tailor-made item(s) products (including color, size) are manufactured specifically, they are not allowed for cancellation, return or refund.
4. The ordered item(s) do not fit to the interior furniture layout
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
