Please read below terms and conditions carefully before placing your order. You are expected to be fully understood and accepted below terms.


Online Store
Our online store operates 24 hours a day. Our working hours is from 11:00 - 19:00, Monday to Saturday and 12:00 - 19:30, Sunday & Public holiday. Orders placed outside this period will be processed the next working day.

When you have placed an order, you will receive an automatic e-mail confirming receipt of your order.
You can cancel/change your order for any reason within 2 days after you have received the order confirmation email. Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to cancel/change your order, please note that 5% handling fee of the total order amount will be charged.

我們的網站是24小時運作,員工辦公時間為星期一至六 11:00 - 19:00;星期日及公眾假期 12:00 - 19:30。於辦公時間以外提交的訂單將會於下一個工作天處理。


顧客只可於收到訂單確認的電郵後,2天內取消或更改訂單。如需取消或更改訂單,請盡快聯絡我們。以上改動將收取訂單總額的 5%作手續費。

Product Conditions 產品

Please allow -/+ 4cm size tolerance for your sofa / other upholstery products. The size needs to be measured by the widest point.
請知悉梳化或其他布藝軟墊產品可能會存在 +/- 4cm 的尺寸誤差。測量尺寸需以產品最闊位置起測量,如與標示尺寸有 +/- 4cm 或以內的誤差,均屬於正常範圍。

There might be color deviation of the screen display so we strongly recommend you to visit our physical store in person to review the product quality and color.


Our wooden furniture is made by solid wood or combination of solid wood + plywood with natural veneer. Each wood pieces has its own natural wood grain, the pattern of the final products will be different from our sample or photos.


Delivery and Shipping Terms 運輸及送貨
(a)   The standard lead-time takes 4-12 weeks for most orders. It is approximate and is dependent on the availability of furniture manufacturer and oversea shipping time.

產品貨期約為 4-12星期,視乎供應商出貨及海外運輸時間。

(b)  You are responsible to ensure the ordered product(s) size can pass all the entrance doors, elevators and corridors, etc.


(c)   After signing the delivery note, the product(s) are confirmed as completely inspected and handover to you. 


(d)   WOODIFY Living Limited shall not be liable for any loss or damage(s) to customer’s home caused by furniture delivery. Please make sure there are enough protection to your home and household products.


Returns and Refunds 退貨及退款
You are required to inform us through e-mail within 2 days after receiving the product if returns/refunds is needed. Explanation together with supporting photos for substantiation shall be provided. 

If we accept the refunds, it will be paid back within 14 working days after receiving the item(s) at our warehouse.

All return orders will not be accepted to the following conditions:


  1. Color deviation between the screen display or sample and physical product(s)
  2. Unsatisfactory of Natural wood grain or pattern
  3. All tailor-made item(s) products (including color, size) are manufactured specifically, they are not allowed for cancellation, return or refund.
  4. The ordered item(s) do not fit to the interior furniture layout

Remarks: All delivery transportation fees are non-refundable
